The primary role of the alumni and volunteer corporation is to provide continuity and financial stability to the undergraduate chapter. The alumni and volunteer corporation consists of members having a long-term perspective and commitment to the proper management of the chapter and its facility.
President - Louis Archambault
The alumni and volunteer corporation president is responsible for the general supervision, direction, and well-being of the alumni corporation and its work with the undergraduate chapter. He is also the responsible to represent the board to the university and to the public at large.

The vice president of financial operations is responsible for all financial transactions and records of the corporation. Finance's cabinet closely monitor the undergraduate chapter's financial operations by working with the undergraduate vice president of finance and ensures the financial management of the chapter facility.

The Chapter Counselor's responsibilities include working with chapter leaders and members on programming, counseling individual leaders, and providing the continuity necessary to ensure long-term chapter quality.
Resident Scholar - Milton Santiago
Resident scholars are graduate students who serve as a resident advisor with a chapter. Resident scholars provide leadership training, academic guidance, and counseling to the chapters they serve. Resident scholars are expected to serve as role models for chapter members.

The Balanced Man Steward is responsible for mentoring the Undergraduate Vice President of Membership Development to provide guidance to ensure the Balanced Man Program is executed properly.
